35 – 64 years of age. My FM serves that sweet spot between Boston, Worcester and Providence.

MyFM is the communities’ choice for local news, event information and “what’s going on” throughout the region. If it’s happening around the My FM listening area, we are either reporting it or covering it live.
Sports
MyFM carries the Boston Red Sox, Boston Bruins, New England Patriots, Boston College football and basketball, over 75 local high school athletic events, and Milford Legion Baseball.
