Hopkinton Center for the Arts (HCA) is a non-profit community arts organization that provides space for people of all ages and abilities to study, enjoy, and participate in the visual and performing arts under one roof. HCA annually offers over 200 classes to more than 3,000 students and presents over 50 productions and exhibitions a year to audiences from all over the MetroWest.

Merging with Framingham State University in 2018 to become the Danforth Art Museum at FSU and located in the Jonathan Maynard Building on the historic Framingham Centre Common, the Danforth invites the public to see, learn about, create, and be inspired by art. The Museum's Permanent Collection focuses on American art from the 19th century to the present day. Changing exhibitions highlight the works of contemporary regional artists.
