Our highly experienced instructors understand the psychology behind teaching and will help you or your child gain better focus, self-esteem, and self-discipline in a safe and fun environment. Carefully designed classes for ages 3.5 through adult.

Description

At NCK Bellingham, martial arts are more than fighting and self-defense. They are a vehicle for personal growth and development. We offer kids karate classes, adult martial arts, yoga, and Brazilian jiu jitsu. Our curriculum blends modern and traditional martial arts' techniques, drawing from boxing, judo, jiu jitsu, multiple styles of karate and kenpo, wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
