Description

People come to see me when they are having a hard time with using substances. For many, drugs and alcohol are their solution and not their problem. I try to help you discover what the substances solve for you that you are having a hard time doing for yourself: relaxing, coping with stress, medicating mental health or trauma. I have a strong bias: I believe the best relapse prevention is living a life worth living.
